I have been proud to serve on the Board of the Posse Foundation for many years. The Posse model carefully selects multicultural teams (posses) of talented students, then trains them as leaders, and supports them through graduation from top-tier colleges and universities. That changes the lives of young people and develops the leaders of tomorrow.

We are fortunate to live in a country where anyone with a great education can succeed. In that regard, we are all Posse students. At this time especially, the world needs more Posse - and more inclusive, collaborative leaders capable of bringing diverse people together to generate consensus solutions to complex social problems.
