Story
I’ve had a pair of running shoes on my feet for as long as I can remember. From the muddy grit of cross-country trails to the fast-paced energy of 10K and Half Marathon road races, running has always been my constant. But in 2026, the miles mean something more.
My wife, Samantha, and I walked a long, difficult road marked by the heartbreak of multiple miscarriages. It was a season of profound loss that tested our resilience in ways I never expected. In 2024, our world changed for the better with the arrival of our rainbow baby, Tommy Bruce Claxton.
To celebrate our journey and support others facing similar struggles, I am running one marathon every month in 2026. I’m running for the family we fought for, the son we cherish, and the charities that provide hope when it’s needed most.
