Hi I’m Albert and I am taking on a challenge of biking 7km everyday for seven days to raise money and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease.

This continues from the 7 in 7 challenge for Rob Burrow a rugby player who died after this, and his friend Kevin Sinfield is running 7 marathons in 7 days.
