ALBOMINATION FEST II - Raising Money & Awareness for International Albinism Awareness Day!

Cameron Johnston is raising money for RNIB - Royal National Institute of Blind People

Music Festival · 13 June 2026

Every day 250 people in the UK start losing their sight. With your help, we can be there when people need us most, support independent living, create an inclusive society and prevent avoidable sight loss. Every pound you raise will help create a future where sight loss is no longer a barrier.

Story

Hi everyone, Cameron here!

For those of you who don’t know, I have Oculocutaneous Albinism, a life-long physical disability which affects the pigment in my hair, eyes and skin. Although Albinism has its limitations, such as being ‘severely sight-impaired’, I have gotten to experience so many amazing things and meet so many incredible people through Albinism, and I wanted to host my own event raising awareness for my condition and combining it with what I do best, playing music!

I'm very excited to announce that, due to the major success of last year's event, ALBOMINATION FEST is back this year on INTERNATIONAL ALBINISM AWARENESS DAY, Saturday 13th June!

I have decided to raise money for the RNIB (NII) as they are a charity that have supported me and my family since I was 2 years old, and so I wanted to give something back in return!

Thank you very much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, I greatly appreciate it!
