My daughter was treated at alder hey when she was 11 months old. She caught bronchitis and her lungs were failing, after being put into an induced coma and put on a ventilator to help her lungs function and her body recover for two weeks. It was touch and go but she came out the other side fighting an I’ll forever be in the debt of the doctors and nurses at alder hey. They were absolutely fantastic, kept us calm, communicated all the time and saved my daughter’s life. She is now 5 and a strong independent girl. Although she suffered a lot with infections and chest problems afterwards taking an inhaler every day isnt the best all end all. This charity deserves its flowers so please help me reach my target so they can continue to do gods work and save children’s lives.
