Even though I've never ran more than a mile, I'm running the Manchester 10k for our fabulous charity, Kidneys for Life who do so much to not only support our renal nursing team but the patients and their families with kidney disease and those needing kidney transplants.

They are a small but vital charity and every donation allows them to continue their research that will help them get that one step closer to finding better treatments, & ultimately a cure, for kidney disease.

I'd be so grateful for any donations at all.
