This year, I’ll be running Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cymru. Our involvement with the charity started over a decade ago, after tadcu’s unexpected diagnosis back in 2012. Thank you for any sponsorship!

Prostate Cymru has no government funding and is separate to Prostate Cancer UK. All money raised stays in Wales.
