Most of you will be aware that just over 9 months ago I gave birth to a beautiful daughter. Over those 9 months Becoming Families have been a lifeline for me in terms of support and comfort and have helped me transition into being the best mum I can be. I'd like to give back to them and am taking part in the Worcester City Runs 10k in September in order to do so. I will mainly be walking this as it's been a long time since I last did any running and this will be the first in several longer walks as I am hoping to do a 25km walk by the end of 2026.
