On Sunday 19th October, I will be running my third marathon; this time taking on the Abingdon Marathon!

I really hope to be able to raise as much money as possible for the incredible Chepstow Mencap... A charity so important to me for many different reasons!

The work that Chepstow Mencap do is simply outstanding and to be able to give something back to them, I know, would spur me on come marathon day!
