This year, Kai and I are on a unique challenge: for every goal scored during the FIFA World Cup, we will both run 1 kilometre.

Football brings people together across the world, and we’re using that excitement to raise money for Dementia Support Hampshire & Isle of Wight, a charity that provides vital support, advice, and care for people living with dementia and their families.
