For my birthday this year, I would like to raise money for Saltbox.

Saltbox is a local charity which provides much needed support to many vulnerable members of the local community. Their work includes helping the homeless or those at risk of homelessness, those struggling with addiction, mental health issues, and unemployment.

They also offer services supporting elderly members of the local population through loneliness. There has been so much talk recently about a 'loneliness epidemic' which is acutely affecting our ageing population and having services such as Saltbox to highlight and take action on this issue is so important.

We are all living through a tougher time economically and any donations to such a community focused organisation would be hugely appreciated!
