On 31st July, a team from Samsung will take on the Seven Sisters challenge to raise money for Mind Over Mountains, as part of their Project 500 campaign to enable better mental health for all.

Mind Over Mountains is an ambitious and innovative mental health charity that enables people to thrive through therapeutic outdoor experiences. We enable people to restore and sustain their mental health and wellbeing through a highly integrated practice that brings together walking in nature, mindfulness, and professional coaching and counselling.
