Inspired by Alice's journey with cancer. Age 3 she was diagnosed and had 20 months of chemotherapy and proton radiation. Alice spent a year cancer free but it returned. She underwent another 6 months of chemotherapy, surgery and brachytherapy. Alice spent another year clear before tumours were found in her abdomen and pelvis. There were no options left. Alice died, aged 7. Gaspard, the son of friends, suffered the same rare pathology and was luckier.
