At the beginning of the year I lost my gran to a stroke. I'm raising money in her memory to thank the staff on the Rutson Ward at the Friarage hospital for there kindness and heart they all showed towards my gran while she was there.

My gran inspired me daily and to commemorate her Iife I will be taking on the Rat Race Coast To Coast Challenge on September 13th where I will be running, cycling and kayaking 100 miles across the coast of Scotland in a day.

Scotland was a great love of my Gran's and this challenge feels like a perfect way to pay homage to her wonderful soul.

All donations will be go to Friends of the Friarage, a charity for the NHS hospital that cared so her so thoughtfully. All money raised helps support the people who dedicate their lives to looking after others when they need it the most.
