As a Project Manager for CBRE, I support the East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) contract, helping ensure the facilities and infrastructure behind frontline care are safe, reliable, and ready when needed. This allows the amazing EMAS team to focus on delivering life‑saving treatment quickly.

EMAS works closely with the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance (LNAA), whose specialist teams provide rapid, critical care at the most serious incidents. Seeing how these services work together to save lives is incredibly inspiring and drives my commitment to support this cause.

In September, I’m taking on a personal challenge: running 10km every day for 10 days. I haven’t run properly for years, so this will really push me both physically and mentally—but I wanted to do something challenging for such an important cause.

I’m raising money for Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, a vital local charity delivering life‑saving emergency care when every second counts. They receive no government or NHS funding and rely entirely on donations, with over £10 million needed each year to keep the service running.

They are also working towards a new base in Nottinghamshire to reduce missed callouts and reach more patients faster—saving even more lives as demand continues to grow.

Any support would mean a lot—not just in helping me complete this challenge, but in keeping this incredible service available for anyone who might need it.
