Some colleagues set up this wonderful charity in my local area helping those who need it. The skydive is funded by the participants, so this is entirely to encourage giving to a good cause.

Helping Hands extends compassionate and practical support to those struggling with the causes and effects of homelessness and trauma.

They offer a listening ear and qualified counselling from experienced advisors, but believe very much in providing a ‘hand-up’ not just a ‘hand out.’

Their mission is to empower everyone who comes to us to realise their full potential and create a brighter future.
