Many of you will already be familiar with my grandma Nims and her fight with Alzheimer's disease as I raised money last year for her and for Alzheimer's Society.

Well I'm back again! With a new challenge and a new target!

I will be racing the Ironman 70.3 in Alghero Italy to raise money for this incredible charity.
