On 26th September 2026, 100 colleagues will trek through the Balkans to raise funds and awareness for a range of mental health related charities. With limited access to typical facilities or the outside world, we will be carrying our personal equipment and roughing it across 100km over 6 days.

I am personally fundraising Tourette Action (UK) - I watched the Netflix film called 'I Swear' and felt that was the cause I had to fundraise for! The film follows John Davidson who is diagnosed with Tourette's syndrome at a young age which alienated him from his peers. He struggled with the condition in a time/place that few people had seen it before.
