I will be climbing the three highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon). As if this wasn't mad enough, I've been convinced to attempt all three in just 24 hours...!

I'll be attempting this, alongside colleagues from Abbott, to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK.

If we don't do something about it, one in two of us will be directly affected by dementia – either by developing the condition ourselves, caring for someone with it, or both.

As the UK’s leading dementia research charity, Alzheimer's Research UK are determined to stop this from becoming a reality.
