Medical Aid for Palestinians is a brilliant charity that does incredibly important work amidst an appalling situation. This charity means a lot to me and it would mean a lot to me, too, if you felt you could donate to enable their invaluable work.

In aid of this cause, I'm running the Milan marathon on Sunday 12th April. I've been training the past few months and I'm excited, although last week's 20mile practice run left me a little anxious for The Real Deal. I'm prepping my playlist and I'll try to include some suitable Milanese connections, although it'll be difficult to include Verdi's "Dies Irae" (too wrathful) or much Ludivico Einaudi (too peaceful).
