Any of us could disappear. Every 90 seconds in the UK, someone does.

Financial struggles, mental health problems and the exploitation of children mean that for many, the only option is to disappear. It could be your child, someone in your family, a friend or colleague battling a crisis in silence. Or it could be you.

When someone disappears, they become invisible, and many come to harm. It’s life or death.Their loved ones are left with unimaginable loss. Tragically, more missing people than ever before are being found dead, many due to suicide.

This is a national crisis.

The charity Missing People exists to connect everyone who is missing to safety, and to give them – and those who miss them – hope.

With your support, my utterly brilliant colleagues can provide free support services and campaign with people facing the worst of all loses. To ease their pain, to keep hope alive, and to support their missing loved ones too.
