This September, I’m running the Berlin Marathon - my third - and this time, it’s for a cause that touches nearly every life in one way or another.

I'm raising funds for The Institute of Cancer Research – one of the world’s most influential cancer research centres. Cancer has profoundly affected my family and close friends over the years – and I know we’re not alone.

The ICR has spent over a century leading pioneering research to understand, treat, and ultimately defeat cancer for everyone. Their breakthroughs save lives, but they rely on support from people like us to keep going.
