As you know back in October I had a cardiac arrest. It was down to three by standers who gave me CPR (and I wish I knew who you were), then all the medical staff who brought me back to life (with a defibrillator machine). I can’t thank these people enough for stepping in when I needed it most.

To show my appreciation, instead of gifts, I would love any donations to go to the British Heart Foundation. This will be used to help save other lives in the future.
