Story
Herts Disability Sports Foundation is brilliant fun and we have done cycling, donutting, rowing, paddleboarding, boxercise, fitness, adapted cycling and archery with them - and enjoyed it all!!
They are only a small charity so rely on donations to keep offering all these fun activities for everyone to enjoy and we would really like to help them raise some money!
Thank you so much for donating, it really means a lot
A little bit about them is below.
HDSF is a small, welcoming local charity that offers a wide range fun sports and activities to anyone with a disability or additional need who needs support to access activity.
We love keeping busy and you’ll find us running 1-1 bikeability sessions during the school holidays, cycling with primary schools across Hertfordshire, or enjoying activities like doughnutting, paddleboarding, adapted cycling, bell boating, pedalos, rowing boats, boxercise, archery, paralympic roadshows, boccia…..the list just keeps growing!!
We don’t only offer equipment, we offer support, encouragement, enthusiasm, we help people exercise their independence – literally!
