Story
I am sleeping out for one night on the Brighton Palace Pier so that young people who do this every night are supported with what they need to get a safe roof over their heads. It'll be cold, and probably wet (like the last two years), and gives just a tiny glimpse of how tough it is to be young and sleeping rough.
CTS is the only drop-in day centre for 16-to-25 year olds experiencing homelessness in the city. After sleeping rough or sofa surfing, it provides a warm, safe place to be. Young people testify to how it has changed their lives - helped them stabilise emotionally and financially, and take steps out of homelessness for good. This really matters.
If you would like to read more about the amazing work that CTS does, please check out - www.thects.org.uk - and with your support we can help to improve the lives of young people in Brighton experiencing homelessness.
As a Trustee for CTS I know the money is spent very well. Thank you so much for your donation. Big hug, Alex
