The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. I am running the Jurassic Coast 100km challenge from Corfe Castle - Swanage - Weymouth - Bridport.

I have always enjoyed a challenge and after completing the Jurassic marathon last year the 100k also needs completing!
