Parkinson's has impacted multiple people in my life, both in the UK and overseas.

I can't help directly, but I want to do something this year to try and raise some money and support a charity which provides support to people currently living with the disease and support a search for a cure for the future.

My plan is to do 3 challenges over the year - the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, a triathlon and Movember. I'll be recording progress through the year and hope you will feel able to support me.
