This September, Alex Smith will be taking on the incredible challenge of Ultra X England—a breathtaking (and grueling!) ultramarathon through the stunning Peak District National Park.

Alex is running to raise funds for the Lancashire branch of Aphasia Support, a charity dedicated to helping people with aphasia rebuild their confidence, communication, and lives after experiencing a life-changing condition.

💬 Aphasia is a communication disorder that can affect speaking, understanding, reading, and writing, often caused by stroke or brain injury. Every donation makes a difference in providing vital support to those affected and their families.
