I am taking part in SUDEP Action's 30 for 30 challenge this November, to celebrate 30 years of the charity, SUDEP Action.

Many of you will already know that our eldest sister, Catherine, died from SUDEP ( sudden unexpected death in epilepsy) in 1989.

For three decades, SUDEP Action has been working to support those bereaved by epilepsy and to prevent epilepsy- related deaths.

Our family have been involved with SUDEP Action in different ways for a long time, and their work is close to my heart.

My friends and family know that giving up alcohol for 30 days will be a great challenge for me !

I am so grateful for any donation that will ensure that SUDEP Action can continue their work for another 30 years and beyond.
