Hi everyone,

We have decided to take on our first sprint distance triathlon in Salford at the end of this month! This will take place on Sunday 28th July in Media City, Salford Quays and we hope to raise money in support of Lifeshare (Lifeshare | Homeless Charity Manchester_). We both enjoy running, cycling and swimming but have never attempted to combine the three together and so thought it would be a great challenge. This involves a 0.75km open water swim, 20km cycle and 5km run.

We would really appreciate any donations to spur us on and help a good cause!
