Story
In January we will be partaking in a charity walk in memory of the wonderful Louis Mackenzie.
Louis was always so welcoming, attentive and kind. He brought light to all those around him, yet silently carried a burden too heavy to bear.
It was such an honour to know Louis and to continue to know his amazing wife, Gilly and his truly remarkable children, Ella and Max whose lives were changed forever by his passing.
With 12 men losing their battle daily in the UK and suicide being the biggest killer of men under 50, it is so important we continue to raise awareness and contribute to resources that can help others. This is for Louis and all those who need a reminder they are not alone.
We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We’ve got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.
£12.20 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.
