Story

13 years after major surgery and a colostomy I'm delighted to be able to run and remain fit and to have had the advice and support of Colostomy UK. Please sponsor me, and help raise funds for Colostomy UK, as I run my 250th Parkrun on Saturday 26 April at Auldcathie, West Lothian.
