Kate’s Home Nursing is a local charity providing free, end of life nursing for people who wish to spend their final days in the peace and familiarity of their own homes. Our team of experienced, registered nurses offers round-the-clock care, working closely with local GPs and healthcare professionals to ensure comfort, dignity, and support at the end of life. We also offer bereavement care and emotional support to families, helping them navigate one of life’s most difficult times with kindness and compassion.
