My very good friend - Dave Seath - died whilst taking part in the London Marathon 10 years ago.

Since then, Dave’s brother Gary has led the charge to raise money for Help for Heroes - a charity close to the Seath’s hearts (and mine).

I am raising money to honour Dave’s memory, to support Gary’s wonderful efforts and because Help for Heroes does superb work for veterans and military families.
