This May I will be joining Regenerate on a massive adventure - the Ride 1000! 🚴

This will be a huge challenge, taking a group of young people from London, 1000 miles into Europe and through 10 countries, over the Alps, and eventually ending up in Venice 2 weeks later.

As some of you will know I’ve done a few of these trips before - they are always very challenging and demanding, not just physically but also mentally. That said, they are also a lot of fun and very rewarding!!

The last Ride back in 2023 "Rome to Home" raised a whopping £150,000 and created 50 new job opportunities for young people. ❤️

I'll be doing it with other riders from all walks of life, including some of the fantastic young people that have benefited and had their lives transformed by the amazing work Regenerate does.

Last ride I kept all our supporters updated by providing regular motivational and inspiring reels throughout the trip, which I will be doing again this year, giving you all a chance to track our progress and join us virtually on the Ride1000 over the grueling two week challenge!

For me, it will require digging deep and will test my mental strength and perseverance, but Regenerate aims to encourage everyone to dream BIG. I am hoping to help raise awareness of what this charity is about, and raise some much needed funds for them to continue their mission of creating opportunities for young people to thrive.
