My father, Jaime Reyes was a man of strength and resilience. After battling with heart complication’s he was eventually diagnosed with CHF, which led to him receiving a heart transplant on 11/1/21. Throughout his journey, he showed immense courage and hope. Sadly he transcended on 2/14/22 but his battle against heart disease was not only a testament to his personal strength, but it also highlighted the importance of heart health awareness and the reason I chose this charity.
