I'm hoping to raise £2,500 for the music charity in Gloucestershire I'm involved with - The Music Works (https://themusicworks.org.uk/). We help disadvantaged children and young people find purpose, confidence, a sense of achievement, and perhaps even a career by giving them the opportunity to make music. But that's not all. Some of the stories of what the Music Works team have done for children with disabilities, learning difficulties or who are at risk of exclusion are really moving.

To do my bit I'm going to bike round the Isle of Wight. Yes I know that's only about 65 miles, but it has hills!
