I’m going to be climbing Ben Nevis in August to raise money for the incredible Perinatal mental health Borders team. With the support of my amazing Health Visitor, I was referred to the PMH team who supported me through therapy for a year and a half after I had my 2 beautiful daughters.

I worked with the kindest and most professional therapist, who created a safe and calm environment for me and I can honestly say it changed my life completely. I will be forever grateful to PMH Borders.

This is not something I would have been able to afford privately and I want to give something back to ensure that another Mummy gets the same opportunity as I did. ❤️
