Alder Hey Children's Charity takes on the London Marathon 2027 - Sunday, 25 April 2027. This charity holds a very special place in my heart because they saved my daughter’s life. She is autistic and one day she eloped and tragically drowned. She was clinically dead when help arrived. But then, an incredible team of dedicated professionals came together to save her.

Thanks to Alder Hey, she was admitted to ICU for two days, and against all odds, she woke up as if nothing had happened. They brought her back from the brink of death and gave me my child back. No amount of money can ever repay this debt, but supporting this cause is a start.
