The "Samuel's Dream To Jump" campaign is dedicated to raising life-changing funds for specialised private therapy and essential equipment for a remarkable 7-year-old with Cerebral Palsy. This young hero has already achieved the extraordinary by learning to walk and jump, and now he is setting his sights on running, hopping, and riding a bike.
