Very sadly I have been forced to drop out of the Royal Parks Half due to an achilles injury. HOWEVER, George Davenport has heroically stepped in to take my place with only 6 weeks' notice.

We are raising money for Evolve Housing + Support. Evolve works with Londoners impacted by homelessness, providing accommodation for people of all ages, including care leavers, teenage parents, young people and vulnerable adults; helping people to build better mental health and resilience, access new opportunities, and eventually move on to living independently.

By donating to my (George's) half marathon, you’ll help Evolve continue to offer flexible support through:

• 121 support from a dedicated key worker

• In-house workshops and clubs that prevent isolation and encourage connection

• Get access to training, education and employment

• Specialist therapy to help address past traumas
