Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are dealing with a health crisis that doesn't get enough attention. It's time to break the silence because men are leaving us too soon.

I'm supporting Movember, the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. They've been funding over 1,250 men’s health projects worldwide since 2003, taking on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

If you remember, I did the 10K last year, and now this year I'm going to try to run the MoRunning Whitstable & Herne Bay half marathon on November 2nd, 2024 to raise £1,000 for this important cause. Let's make a difference together!
