I have been asked by Great Run to take part in the AJ Bell Great Manchester 10k following my appearance on the Traitors. I have decided to run and fundraise for Scottish Women's Aid, it is a cause dear to my heart as I spent some time in Women’s Aid when I was young with my mother following us fleeing Domestic Abuse. The support I received as a child was second to none. After a tumultuous childhood, the Women’s Aid gave me so much stability and I regard my time spent in the Women’s Aid some of the happiest days of my childhood. I would like to repay the favour by raising some money for the Women's Aid as it is an excellent cause.

No woman or child should have to endure domestic abuse and Women's Aid helps to provide much needed services to those in need, whether it be counselling, refuge, or providing on going support.

Just £50 helps to provide 5 life-saving conversations with survivors, £90 could ensure a woman struggling to escape abuse is given ongoing support, £450 would allow professionals to be trained to better understand and improve their response to Domestic Abuse.
