I have chosen to support Cardiff & Vale Health Charity but taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon, on Sunday 6th October 2024. Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is the official charity of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. Supporting me is helping me to directly support them. Thank you.

My Nan has had to have heart surgery this year & I’m fundraising for the amazing team that operated on her & took care of her through recovery. I’m so grateful for them keeping my nan safe & would like to give something back.
