I am planning to challenge myself by doing a half marathon walk from Bath to Bristol, in order to raise much needed funds to support women and children from exploitation in the Congo.

The Congo war is responsible for 1152 rapes against women per day.

The Tatiana Griuad Foundation works with organisations based in the centre of the conflict, providing mentorship and support to children and women who are victims of sexual assault and exploitation. TGF is currently in partnership with an orphanage that provides support to 167 children.

Due to road blockages and threats of invasion of the city Goma, where the orphanage is based, by a Rwandan rebel group, threats of war and displacement are currently higher than before. All donations in this time will be used to provide emergency relief to the orphanage and women.
