My name is Alfie and I am 11 years old. I am the Junior Captain at St Melyd Golf Club, and I am taking on a 36-hole golf challenge to raise money for Nightingale House Hospice.

I wanted to take on this challenge because I really enjoy playing golf and wanted to push myself to do something I have never done before. The challenge is expected to take around 6-7 hours. I have never played 36 holes in one day, so this will be a huge challenge for me!

I wanted to do this because Nightingale House Hospice cared for my Nana before she sadly passed away. The support and kindness they gave to her and our family meant a lot to us, and I would like to help raise money so they can continue supporting other families too.
