At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.

At the grand old age of 89 I am doing something I have always wanted to do which is a Sky Dive. The date of this is 21st September 2024.

I have chosen to do this for Alzheimer's Research as my much loved wife of 64 years was diagnosed with this cruel disease seven years ago.

It is a cruel disease were you lose a little bit more of the person you love every day.

Every year worldwide over 10 million people are diagnosed with dementia, that is one person every 3.2 seconds.
