Four amazing pupils from Alfreton Park School are taking on a huge challenge! Over the next 10 weeks, starting from 10/10/25 they’ll be swimming the equivalent distance of the English Channel (a total of 21 miles) – all from the lanes of our own school pool.

Each of these young people has special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and this challenge is not just about distance – it’s about determination, teamwork, and celebrating what they can achieve.

Every length they swim brings them closer to their goal, and every donation brings us closer to providing even more opportunities, resources, and experiences for our pupils here at Alfreton Park School.
