I'm part of TeamMIB and together we're running and raising funds for UnityMK - - I'm getting my trainers on to complete the Reading 10k and hoping to complete it in under 80 minutes (a long way off my PB of my youth!!) but very much up for the challenge!

UnityMK is a charity helping many different people at their point of crisis in Milton Keynes. They do incredible job of supporting individuals and families who are at risk of homelessness - whatever their background or circumstances they are there to help.

Mental health needs, the breakdown of a relationship, domestic abuse, drug and alcohol addiction, bereavement, losing employment, and financial problems can all contribute to making households at risk of homelessness. And in these times of economic crisis their services and support are in constant use.
