Story
Hi, I'm Ali!
I'm passionate about running and I love that I can help people in the process. My goal is to run all 6 (I guess now 7?) majors before I turn 30. This year I'm running the 2025 Berlin Marathon with MS Society. I get to finish this goal with your help! Even $5 goes such a long way!
Heres a little bit more about MS Society:
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable condition that affects your brain and spinal cord. In MS, the coating that protects your nerves (myelin) is damaged. This causes a range of symptoms like blurred vision and problems with how we move, think and feel.
Almost 1 million people in the US have MS and over 150k in the UK, So more common than you might think.
Once diagnosed, MS stays with you for life, but treatments and specialists can help you to manage the condition and its symptoms. Which is why research is SO important to help people diagnosed with MS to live well with and more take more steps to finding a possible cure!
Every year MS society reaches thousands of people with help and support through their MS Helpline and local groups. They campaign on the issues that matter most to the MS community. And they invest in ground-breaking research to stop MS in its tracks.
Sooo if you have, or know someone with MS, or you would like to support my running journey, please consider donating to help me reach my goal.
